11:45 on Wednesday, May 18 Councilors Hennigan, Arroyo,Yancey and Turner offered the following:Resolution urging Nstar to go back to the negotiating table and agree to a contract with the Local 369 Utility Workers.
On motion of Councilor Hennigan, the rules were suspended; the resolution was adopted; yeas 13.
