The City Clerk's Office maintains public records, including all information related to the activities of the City Council.
- The City Council meets every Wednesday at 12:00 PM.
- The agendas for City Council Meetings may be obtained on-line or through the Office of the City Clerk after 4:00 PM before the meeting.
- The minutes of the City Council meetings may be obtained on-line or through the Office of the City Clerk after 4:00 PM on the Friday after the meeting.
- Records of Legislation are kept in the Office of the City Clerk.
Note: In January 2011 the City Clerk moved to a new system. City Council records dating before January 2011 can be found in the Past Records section below.

New Daycare Business Requirement
When registering a daycare business in the City of Boston, daycare providers are now required to provide a copy of a valid state issued daycare provider license.

New Filers of Personal Property Tax Returns
All businesses in the City of Boston that have not filed a personal property tax return in 2010 are required to do so.
