Casino Community Agreements
The Massachusetts Gaming law requires that casino-applicants and certain municipalities reach host community agreements or surrounding community agreements. The Office of Gaming Accountability has engaged in wide-ranging outreach to other states, cities and towns, in an effort to gather other casino-municipal agreements.
