0192 Message and ordinance prohibiting parking or stopping within any pedestrian safety zone. Filed in the Office of the City Clerk on February 3, 2010.

0193 Message and order authorizing the Fire Department to accept and expend a Harbor Security Grant of $819,743.00 from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety and Security, for the construction of a Chemical, Biological Radiological and Nuclear Explosive (CBRNE) Watercraft.

0194 Message and order authorizing the Mayor’s Office of Arts, Tourism and Special Events to accept and expend a grant of $137,720.00 from the Massachusetts Cultural Council, to support year-round programming agendas of Boston’s Cultural and Educational Organizations.

0195 Message and order authorizing the Fire Department to accept and expend a grant of $20,000.00 from the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services, for the purpose of deploying, maintaining and implementing 10 Mass Decontamination Units.

0196 Message and order to declare surplus City owned former Real Estate-Owned (REO) property known as 96 Bellevue Street, Dorchester, to transfer care, custody, management and control of said property to the Public Facilities Commission.
