HD 3932: An Act to Further Enhance Public Safety in the Commonwealth
This bill will include elements to help municipal law enforcement fight escalating crime, including:
Creation of an electronic database for sales of weapons and ammunition
Creation of penalties for felon in possession of a firearm
A ban on armor-piercing bullets by anyone other than law enforcement
New definition of a "habitual offender"
Microstamping of bullets
