  Muddy River Bridge  
     
Muddy River NPC Filed
Phase One of the Muddy River Restoration Project is in final design and a Notice of Project Change has been filed with MEPA that explains changes in the configuration of this phase of the project. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers designed the changes to help reduce potential flood damage in the area and improve the ecosystem of the river by installing bridges at the Riverway and Brookline Avenue, eliminating the jughandle road, and reestablishing an open river from the former Sears lot to Avenue Louis Pasteur.
