Office of the Parking Clerk
The Office of the Parking Clerk (OPC) is responsible for the collection and adjudication of fines and fees resulting from the issuance of parking tickets. OPC is also responsible for the development and maintenance of the Resident Permit Parking Program. This program is designed to give residents a better chance of finding, on street, parking in their own neighborhoods.
Parking Violation Payments
The Office of the Parking Clerk has established an on-line, parking ticket payment process, Pay by Web. By using a ticket number or notice number, you can pay some or all of your outstanding tickets. The Pay By Web system accepts Master Card or Visa.

Online payments are provided by Boston Pay-By-Web, a safe and secure service of the City of Boston's Office of the Parking Clerk.

Questions concerning violations can be answered over the phone by calling the Office of the Parking Clerk at (617) 635-4410. When requesting an appeal, the individual should be sure to indicate the nature of the dispute and include his/her name, mailing address, the plate registration and the ticket number(s) to be disputed.
