Our staff are human services professionals that use several comprehensive approaches to address client concerns. We collaborate with employees to resolve personal and or job related concerns that may adversely impact health, well-being, social functioning, and productivity issues in the workplace such as:

The Employee Assistance Program is a resource offered to the City of Boston employees and their family members; participating authorities, and commissions which include: the City of Boston Credit Union, Boston Housing Authority, Boston Public Health Commission, Boston Redevelopment Authority, and Boston Water and Sewer Commission.

The service is available regardless of position or length of employment; it is confidential and is available at no cost.
