Group Term Life Insurance is mandatory for any employee enrolled in a City administered Group Health Insurance Plan. Enrollment is voluntary for employees who are not enrolled in a City administered Group Health Insurance Plan. The Term Life Insurance Benefit is $5,000 or $10,000, whichever applies under the employee’s collective bargaining agreement.
