  Mayor Menino and ISD invite the public to a free overview of the Rental Inspection Program, including how to register rental units, inspection processes, and benefits. The meeting will be held at 1010 Mass Ave, 5th floor from 6-7:30PM. Limited seats available. RSVP by email

• Revised Rental Inspection Ordinance Approved

  The proposal to rewrite CBC 9-1.3 (Rental Inspection Ordinance) was approved in a 9-4 vote by the City Council. The Ordinance will provide a fair and proactive system of ensuring the health and safety of Boston rental units.
