  • Information About the Required Business Registration Form

As mandated by Massachusetts General Law, all businesses in the city of Boston must file a Business Registration Form with the Office of the City Clerk. Mobile Food Trucks are permitted to utilize the address of their approved commissaries as their Boston address where business is conducted.

Additionally, Mobile Food Trucks are asked to list vending locations (public, private, and special sites) throughout the city on a separate sheet of paper and attach it to the Business Registration Form.
