(ahts): The Boston Arts Festival returns to Christopher Columbus Park for its 6th year to Christopher Columbus Park. The festival will now run for 3 days from Friday, September 12 to September 14. Caliente: Latin Celebration on City Hall Plaza: Saturday, September 6
