    Boston Named a 2014-2016 Citizen-Engaged Community

    Public Technology Institute (PTI) recently designated Boston as a Citizen-Engaged Community for 2014-2016. The program recognizes excellence in multi-channel contact centers and best practices for the use of Citizen Relationship/Records Management (CRM) systems, web portal technology, telephony systems and mobile communications infrastructure. Boston is a leader in engaging citizens and workers with tools such as: Citizen Connect and City Worker to provide improved responsiveness and communications. Constituents are continuing to engage and work with the City to improve neighborhoods.
