Boston Public Hearing on Girls' Issues
The MA Commission on the Status of Women (in collaboration with the Boston Women's Commission, Cambridge Commission on the Status of Women, Somerville Commission for Women, and The Girls' Coalition of Greater Boston) held a public hearing for girls at Roxbury Community College. The purpose of this hearing was to listen to the concerns of young women and girls in the Greater Boston area. The Commission hopes that the comments, feedback, and input of the participants will help us address some of the most pressing concerns facing young women and girls in our state.
