John P. McKeon United States Navy Reserve 20 October 1925 – 2 April 1946 John Paul McKeon was born on October 20, 1925 in Boston. He resided on 16 Lenoxdale Ave, Dorchester. John showed his love for our country when he enlisted into the Naval Reserves on August 20, 1943. He proudly served as an Aviation Ordnanceman 3/c. John died in battle on April 2, 1946 in China. He was awarded the Purple Heart and the Air Medal. John is memorialized in the Tablets of the Missing at Manila American Cemetery, Manila.
