Robert N. Laufer United States Army 9 January 1926– 8 February 1945 Robert N. Laufer was born on January 9, 1926 in Brussels, Belgium. Later he moved to Mattapan and was conscripted into the Army of the United States on August 16, 1944 as a Private in the infantry. On February 8, 1945, he was killed in action in Germany. He was survived by his mother Juliette and his father Albert.
