Jeffrey P. Myers

Jeffrey P. Myers was born on January 31, 1949 in Brookline. He resided on 44 Mattakeesett St. Mattapan. Jeffrey showed his love for our country when he enlisted into the Marines on March 2, 1966 in Boston. He served as a Lance Corporal in the M Co, the 3rd Battalion, the 4th Marines, and the 3rd Marine Division. Jeffrey was killed in action on September 7, 1967 in Quang Tri, Vietnam by enemy rifle fire. He was awarded the Purple Heart. Jeffrey was survived by his parents Mr. and Mrs. Sydney Myers.
