Stephen Michael Henry United States Marine Corps 30 October 1946 – 15 June 1967 Stephen Michael Henry was born on October 30, 1946 in Boston. As a resident of Hyde Park, Stephen joined the United States Marine Corps February 23, 1966 during the Vietnam War. Stephen served as Lance Corporal with the 1st Marine Division, 3rd Amtrac Battalion and Company A. He was KIA on June 15, 1967 in South Vietnam, Quang Nam province due to hostile action. For the heroism displayed in his service to our country, Stephen was awarded the Purple Heart, National Defense Service Medal, and the Vietnam Campaign Medal.
