Robert D. Sanzi United States Army 28 November 1926 – 16 July 1950 Robert D. Sanzi was born to Mr. and Mrs. Richard Sanzi on November 28, 1926 in Roxbury. Robert showed his dedication to our country when he was inducted into the United States Army on April 29, 1945. T/5 Sanzi served in Kyushu, Japan and was honorably discharged on December 30, 1946. Sanzi re-enlisted in the United States Army on December 31, 1946 in Kyushu, Japan. Corporal (Cpl.) Sanzi was assigned to the Co. C 24th Division. Cpl. Sanzi served our country until he was killed in action on July 16, 1950. Robert was survived by his father a resident of Boston and his wife Delores Sanzi a resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
