    Upon its delivery in Fall 2019, Northeastern University's $153.4 million Burke Dorm Community will be located in a premier location pedestrian to Northeastern's campus core. The community will feature nearly 12,000 square feet of interior amenity and common area space, including social and recreational lounges, a state-of-the-art fitness center, Academic Success Center, and 2,200 square feet of vibrant retail.
