0688 | Message and order authorizing the Fire Commissioner to accept and expend a grant of $69,938.00 from the Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety and Security, for the purpose of funding the Boston Fire Department’s FY09 Buffer Zone Protection Program (BZPP) for its portion of the FY09 Buffer Zone Plan and Vulnerability Reduction Purchasing Plan (VRPP) for the National Grid LNG BZPP site. Referred to the Committee on Public Safety. Councilor Murphy moved reconsideration. Reconsideration prevailed. On motion of Councilor Murphy, the rules were suspended; the order was passed. |
