0432 Councilors Arroyo, Murphy, Ross, Linehan, LaMattina, Pressley, Turner, and Yancey offered the following: Order for a hearing to discuss the City’s financial investments in locally owned and operated banks and national banks to determine how the city’s monies are or are not being utilized.
