| 0278 | President Ross moved to adopt the minutes from the February 11, 2009 meeting. Motion prevailed. On motion of Councilor Ciommo, Docket No. 0278 and 0279 was taken out of order. Councilor Ciommo on behalf of the Committee on Ways and Means, submitted the following: On the message and order, referred on February 11, 2009, Docket #0278, to reduce the appropriation for the Reserve for Collective Bargaining by $2,944,070.00 to provide funding in the Boston Police Department for the FY09 cost items contained within the collective bargaining agreements between the City and the Boston Police Superior Officers Federation, the Committee submitted a report recommending the order ought to pass. The report was accepted, the order was passed; yeas 13. |
