The 82-unit Susan S. Bailis Assisted Living facility is the first assisted living facility in Boston serving elders regardless of their income.The parcel has been made available for development by the Boston Redevelopment Authority.

Funding is being provided by the following: MassHousing, City of Boston Department of Neighborhood Development, City of Boston Neighborhood Housing Trust, Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development, Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation, Fleet National Bank, Local Initiative Support Corporation, Community Economic, Development Assistance Corporation, Charlesbank Homes, Farnsworth Trust, Energy Star Homes, and KeySpan Energy.
