Located at 65 East Cottage Street in Dorchester, the Indigo Block Housing Development has created 80 mixed-income rental units, 23,000 sq ft of light industrail and office space, and nine homeownership units for first-time homebuyers.
Mayor Janey joins with Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corporation, Boston Capital Development, Escazu Development, Newmarket Community Partners, DSNI, and local residents to help celebrate the grand opening of Indigo Block. This development will help address both the shortage and decreasing affordability of equitable housing options, as well as provide opportunities to expand local small businesses and create jobs within the community. |
