The MGM Music Hall will house a new, state-of-the-art, multipurpose live performance venue that will occupy roughly 91,500 square feet on four levels, and accommodate approximatly 5,000 patrons. The project is estimated to generate tens of millions of dollars annually in increased business for local restaurants and retail establishments, in the Fenway and Kenmore neighborhoods. This event was attended by: Mayor Walsh, FSG/Red Sox Chairman Tom Werner, Red Sox President/CEO Sam Kennedy, President/CEO of Live Nation Entertaiment Michael Rapino, and MGM International CEO Jim Murren. |
