What’s New on CityofBoston.gov

CityofBoston.gov plays a central role in the City of Boston’s strategy to enable anywhere, anytime service to all constituents. Through the website, we strive to connect citizens and local government.  In 2006, a complete redesign of the site embraced a user-centric design methodology and a “newsy” layout. Since then, major enhancements have been guided by three key goals:

  1. Use new technologies to continuously innovate,
  2. improve the delivery of constituent services, and
  3. save time and money for both City agencies and constituents.
