On September 19, 2012, the City of Boston sold its $28,865,000 General Obligation Bonds, 2012 Series D (the "2012 Series D Bonds) by competitive sale.

The City accepted all bids electronically. The City received 14 bids for the 2012 Series D Bonds. The lowest true interest cost (TIC) offered for the 2012 Series D Bonds, bid by Fidelity Capital Markets, equaled 2.50097%.The Bonds were rated Aaa by Moody's Investors Service Inc., and AA+ by Standard and Poor's Rating Services.

On March 14, 2012, the City of Boston sold its $121,975,000 General Obligation Bonds, 2012 Series A (the "2012 Series A Bonds"), its $83,155,000 General Obligation Bonds, 2012 Series B (the "2012 Series B Bonds"), and its $26,945,000 General Obligation Bonds, 2012 Series C (the "2012 Series C Bonds," and together with the 2012 Series A Bonds, the 2012 Series B Bonds, and the 2012 Series C Bonds, the "Bonds") by competitive sale.

The City accepted all bids electronically. The City received five bids for the 2012 Series A Bonds. The lowest true interest cost (TIC) offered for the 2012 Series A Bonds, bid by Bank of America Merrill Lynch, equaled 2.450203%. The City received six bids for the 2012 Series B Bonds. The lowest true interest cost (TIC) offered for the 2012 Series B Bonds, bid by J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, equaled 1.703456%. The City received eight bids for the 2012 Series C Bonds. The lowest TIC offered for the 2012 Series C Bonds, bid by Bank of America Merrill Lynch, equaled 0.896365%. The Bonds were rated Aaa by Moody's Investors Service Inc., and AA+ by Standard and Poor's Rating Services.
