The City accepted all bids electronically. The City received nine bids for the 2008 Series A Bonds. The lowest true interest cost (TIC) offered for the 2008 Series A Bonds, bid by Lehman Brothers, Inc., equaled 4.216766%. The City received eight bids for the 2008 Series B Bonds. The lowest TIC offered for the 2008 Series B Bonds, bid by Robert W.
