Snow Emergency Parking
During declared snow emergencies, parking is prohibited on major arteries and discounted parking is available at several parking lots and garages to cars with Boston resident parking stickers.

Alternate Parking for Downtown

During declared snow emergencies, discounted parking is available at the following parking lots and garages to cars that display Boston resident parking stickers:

Note: Vehicles may begin entering the participating parking facilities starting two hours prior to the declared emergency. Please remember that vehicles must be removed from the participating garages within two hours of the emergency ban being lifted or they will be subject to the standard parking rate.

Only open to Back Bay,Beacon Hill,Downtown residents. Vehicles may begin entering the facility two hours prior to the declared emergency. Vehicles must exit within 2 hours of ban being lifted.


Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, South Lot 415 Summer Street, South Boston

1300 No Charge

Access lot via Cypher Street. Vehicles may begin entering the facility two hours prior to the declared emergency. Vehicles must exit within 2 hours of ban being lifted.


LAZ Parking/The Clarendon Parking Garage 400 Stuart Street

617-426-0604 x. 3651

270 $10 for 24 hrs

Limited number of public spaces available.
Vehicles must be removed within two hours afer the ban has been lifted or they will be subject the standard rate of $36.
