- Call the Mayor’s 24-hour hotline at 635-4500. Or, place an online service request.
- What happens to lights when they burn out?
- Lights are recycled by Veolia Systems, located in Stoughton, MA.

- How can I get additional lights on my street?
- Call 635-4500 or place an online service request. St Lighting will survey your street to see if adding lights is possible within the existing infrastructure. If additional lights are possible, St Lighting will install them.
- How can I get the lights on my street to glow brighter?
- You have to go through neighborhood services to get a petition signed by your neighbors. Everyone has to approve the added glow. Once a petition is complete, St Lighting will survey your street to see if adding lights is possible within the existing infrastructure. If additional lights are possible, St Lighting will install them.
