Information for events to be held at the following facilities:

An event application must be submitted in order to hold events at these facilities. Please read through questions that address the application and event approval process.

Application Information

Event applications can be filled out and submitted using an online form or by printing out a paper PDF copy and mailing or faxing it to the Office of Property & Construction Management.
