Taxi Complaint and Lost Property Form
If you have had a problem with a Boston Licensed Taxi you can use this form to file a complaint. An investigator will contact you via telephone or e-mail within 10 business days. You may also contact the Hackney Carriage Unit by telephone at (617) 343-4475 Monday - Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
If you have lost property elsewhere in the City of Boston you should contact your local neighborhood station.
Please be aware that this complaint will not be reviewed until the next business day and that you will only be contacted if we have been successful in locating your property.

We also recommend checking with the Massachusetts State Police at Logan Airport at (617) 568-7514.
