Registration

How can I register for this year's event: You can register online as an organization/business or as an individual for Boston Shines 2013.

What happens after I register online?: You will be contacted by your Neighborhood Coordinator within a week to discuss your project and get any additional information or details worked out. If you haven't heard from him or her, please try emailing directly.

Can I sign up by myself?: Yes! Boston Shines is a great way to give back to your neighborhood. Your Neighborhood Coordinator will be happy to assign you to a project close by in your neighborhood.

Projects

What projects will I be working on?: Your Neighborhood Coordinator will be setting up projects around your neighborhood. They will be working on setting up projects in parks and public spaces. Clean up could include picking up trash, sweeping and raking, light landscaping, and brush clearing.

What will the City provide on the day of Boston Shines?: The City tries to provide t-shirts, tools, and gloves for participants delivered directly to their project sites. We are always happy to accept donations of materials or money for Boston Shines.
