On January 16, 2013, Commissioner Roderick Fraser promoted to Lieutenant Timothy Dale of Ladder 1. Chief of Department Steve Abraira presented Lt. Dale with his new badge.
A more formal ceremony will happen before family and friends in February along with several other promotions. Congratulations to Lt. Dale!
