Two Promoted by Fire Commissioner

On June 6, 2012, the Oath of Office was administered by Fire Commissioner Roderick Fraser to two members being promoted to Lieutenant and joining the officer ranks.
Promoted were Firefighter Philip J. Cetrino of Rescue 1 and Firefighter Stephen K. O’Connor of Ladder 16.
These members of the Boston Fire Department were joined by their families and friends along with Chief of Department Steve Abraira, Local 718 President Rich Paris and members of the Command Staff.
