Fire Captain Richard Quinlan of the Training Division observed 40 years of service to the Boston Fire Department on May 17, 2012. In a ceremony at Headquarters, Commissioner Roderick Fraser and Chief of Department Steve Abraira presented Captain Quinlan with his 40 years of service pin and certificate.
Congratulations Captain and thank you for your service to the people of Boston.
