Commissioner Roderick Fraser administered the oath of office on April 27, 2012 to new Lieutenant Devon Watson from Ladder 14. Before family and friends, he was pinned with his new badge by his wife Tania. A certificate was also presented by Chief of Department Steve Abraira.
Also present was the President of Local 718 Rich Paris and some of his colleagues from Ladder 14.
