A ceremony was held on October 27, 2011 at Fire Headquarters to present 40 years of service pins and certificates to Lieutenant Paul Minton and Lieutenant Willie Ostiguy. Before members of the Command Staff, Commissioner Roderick Fraser and Chief of Department Ronald Keating thanked these veteran officers for their dedication and many contributions to the fire department. Congratulations to both!
