Six Promoted by Fire Commissioner

On May 5, 2011, the Oath of Office was administered by Fire Commissioner Roderick Fraser to six members being promoted in rank. Promoted to Lieutenant were Firefighter Steven P. Caulfield of Ladder 14, Firefighter Joseph M. Adduci of Rescue 2, Firefighter Joseph D. Foley of Engine 21 and Firefighter Robert L. Quinn of the Fire Academy.

In addition, promoted as Assistant Superintendent of the Fire Alarm Division was Peter J. Clifford and as a Principal Fire Alarm Emergency Dispatcher was Karen T. Harrison.

These long-time members of the Boston Fire Department were joined by their families and friends along with Chief of Department Ronald Keating and members of the Command Staff.
