Commissioner Visits Salvation Army Boston Kroc Center

Fire Commissioner Roderick Fraser took a tour recently of the soon to open Salvation Army Boston Kroc Center. This 90,000 square foot state of the art facility is scheduled to open this winter. It is located at 650 Dudley Street in Roxbury.
When finished, this facility will have a large gym with basketball courts, weight and workout areas, rock climbing walls, children’s playground, indoor pool, computer lab, dining hall and countless community meeting rooms.
Commissioner Fraser was given the tour with Major William Bode, the Divisional Commander of the Salvation Army of Massachusetts and Major Robert Kountz, the Head Administrator of the Kroc Center.
