Mayor Walsh Reflects on His First 101 Days in Office
On January 6, 2014, Martin J. Walsh became the 54th Mayor of Boston. During his first 101 days in office, Mayor Walsh has worked tirelessly toward making Boston a city where everyone has the opportunity to succeed. Five key priorities to date build upon Boston’s strengths, while carrying the City into the future:

Improving public safety & combating gun violence
Ensuring Boston Public Schools enable the success of all children
