Failure to clean sidewalk commercial; it is the responsibility of business owners to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the property abutting a sidewalk. Business owners or employees should sweep sidewalk and gutters removing any garbage, trash and debris failure to do so may result in a $25 fine

Plowing snow out onto city sidewalk commercial is against the law. Property owners should begin shoveling or removing snow from the sidewalk adjacent to their business three hours after snow fall.

Posting signs without authority - it is unlawful to affix any type of signs, bills or posters on city polls, buildings or structures. Those found in violation will be assessed a $300 fine.

Illegal disposal of Medical Waste is an unlawful act. All medical waste must be removed by a licensed medical waste removal company. Medical waste include: laboratory, dialysis or biological waste.
