Business owners or employees should sweep sidewalk and gutters removing any garbage, trash and debris failure to do so may result in a $25 fine

Plowing snow out onto city sidewalk commercial is against the law. Property owners should begin shoveling or removing snow from the sidewalk adjacent to their business three hours after snow fall.
