(Used when a new building/structure is being erected.)
(Used when structural changes are being made to an existing building/structure.)
(This form is used when the Applicant decides to make changes to the original plans. It is only applicable when the changes are made after Planning and Zoning has approved the original plans and a permit has been issued.)
(This form is used when alterations are being made to an existing building/structure that do not involve any structural changes or changes of use.)
(This is required when the current structure does not have a record of occupancy.)
(This form is used when the applicant wants to use the property for a use controlled by Zoning (e.g. parking outdoor seating.))
(This form is used when the applicant plans to demolish an existing building/structure.)
(Required when applicant intends on storing autos or flammable liquids.)
(Required when applicant intends to build a foundation.)
(These forms are used when any electric, plumbing, fire protection, or gas fitting work is being performed on a new or existing structure.)
(This certificate is required after the construction is complete and prior to occupying the structure.)
(A certificate of inspection is required when any work is performed that involves structural changes. The work must be inspected throughout the project to ensure compliance with the building code. A yearly inspection is required by the building code for all places of assembly.)
(A refund is available for applicants who have paid their initial fee and subsequently abandoned construction or have been denied by the Board of Appeals. In order to qualify for a refund, the work must not have been commenced.)
