Certificate of Inspection- WHEN USED
- A certificate of inspection is required for "places of assembly"(i.e. restaurants, theaters, halls)
- The certificate is issued along with the certificate of occupancy and then must be renewed annually.
- WHAT THE APPLICANT MUST SUBMIT
- The applicant must provide a floor plan with the seating capacity stamped on it.
- FEE SCHEDULE
- $37.50 Base Fee
- $1.00 Per person
