Online Building Permit Applications

Below is the current list of building permits you can apply for online.

Once your application is successfully submitted and received by ISD you will receive a confirmation. In order to claim your permit you will need to print and bring this confirmation with you within 30 days to the Front Counter at the:

Monday - Friday 8AM - 4PM. In addition, on Thursdays the Building Department will be extending their permitting functions and be open from 8AM - 7PM. If your application is more than 30 days old, it will need to be resubmitted. All applications older than 30 days are purged from the system.

Please note: This is an application for a permit. You will need to come into ISD in order to sign your application and pay for your permit in order to begin any work.
