Below you can access a list of building permits that were issued within the last 30 days for construction that met the requirements of the Boston Zoning Code, the Massachusetts State Building Code and/or any other applicable regulations in the City of Boston. These permits are often referred to as "code compliant" or "as of right" permits because they did not require any variances. In order to determine if a permit is code compliant, the permit application and corresponding plans are submitted by the applicant and reviewed by a building official from the planning and zoning division.
