Use of PremisesFORM USED - Blue BD09- The applicant submits the completed application, a certified plot plan, and authorization by the owner of the property to ISD Counter 1.
- Planning and Zoning will review the plans. If the application is refused on a permanent application, they are eligible to appeal to the Board of Appeals.
- Upon notification, the applicant returns to ISD, pays the appropriate fee, and provided there is no work being performed, a white use card is issued. If there is construction being performed, the applicant will receive a blue permit card.
