Project Plan Development & Implementation Policy
Policy/Procedure Title: Project Development Procedure
Policy #: ALPP010502
Purpose: To outline the high-level steps required to develop a provisionally approved Project Plan to a level sufficiently specific whereby it can be implemented.
With a Provisionally Approved Project Plan, the organization will work closely with the MOHS staff identified in the notification letter to begin to further develop its Plan. The MOHS staff will provide any instructions specific to the organization and its Project Plan, and will ensure that the organization understands the steps laid out in this procedure.

- The Organization should contact the assigned MOHS staff to:
- Clarify specific requirements or guidelines mentioned in the notification letter
- Ensure that these instructions are understood and that there are no specific requirements around them
- The Organization should complete the Project Planning Forms for
- Mission Hierarchy (*PDF)
- Deliverables (*PDF)
- Mission Hierarchy (*PDF)
- In conjunction with Project Planning Forms, or as
needed, the organization should complete the
Pre-Requisition Forms:- Equipment and Supplies Pre-Requisition Form
- Training Overtime and Backfill Pre-Requisition Form
- Contracting/Consulting Pre-Requisition Form
- Once completed, all forms should be submitted to:
