Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detector Inspection
Please fill out the form completely and press the submit button. You will recieve a confirmation of your smoke and carbon Monoxide Detector Inspection appointment from our staff within 24 hours of submitting your request. If you have any questions please call 617-343-3627.

Please remember our inspectors are in your neighborhood on the following days only. They are in the neighborhoods from 9:00am until 12:30pm only. Please enter your preferred inspection day choices accordingly. Dates are assigned on a first come first serve basis. See the available Inspection Days by neighborhood.


At the time of inspection, please have a money order payable to the City of Boston for the correct amount.
