Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detector Inspection
Please fill out the form completely and press the submit button. You will recieve a confirmation of your smoke and carbon Monoxide Detector Inspection appointment from our staff within 24 hours, not including weekends and holidays, of submitting your request. If you have any questions please call 617-343-3627.

Please remember our inspectors are in your neighborhood on the following days only. They are in the neighborhoods from 9:00am until 12:30pm only. Please enter your preferred inspection day choices accordingly. Please note that we require a minimum of 7 business days, not including weekends and holidays, advance notice to schedule appointments and preferred inspection days are not guaranteed. Dates are assigned on a first come first serve basis. See the available Inspection Days by neighborhood.


At the time of inspection, please have a money order payable to the City of Boston for the correct amount.
